We are almond processors, obtaining the almond nugget in its different varieties and calibers and adjusting to the specificities of wholesale packaging for each client.
We process the eco almond, almond that is guaranteed not to use chemical products in its agriculture, guaranteeing its natural process and packaging with total traceability.
Fresh Cherries
Cherries and Almonds Castillo markets cherries ready for consumption, both for the Spanish markets and for export. Attending to the specificities of the client, the cherry is classified, packaged and chartered so that the client receives it with the maximum guarantees of quality and freshness.
Natural cherries for food-industry
We specialize in the cherry processing for industrial purposes, cherry mainly destined to a post-processed as confectionery products. Our production plant allows washing, stem removing, classification and packaging in different formats at the request of the client. The cherry as a final product packaged for wholesale can be either fresh, alcohol or SO2. Our production processes can easily adapt to the demands of each client.

The company is dedicated to the processing and commercialization of almonds and cherries. Both fruits are complemented seasonally, making that at every moment of the year the company is focused mainly on each one of them.

CEREZAS Y ALMENDRAS CASTILLO, S.L., has received a grant from the European Union under the Andalucia FEDER Operational Programme 2014-2020, financed as part of the EU response to the COVID-19 pandemic (REACT-EU), to compensate for the additional energy costs of natural gas and/or electricity for SMEs and the self-employed, especially affected by the increase in natural gas and electricity prices caused by the impact of Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine.
Cerezas y Almendras Castillo S.L. has received a grant from the European Union under the NextGenerationEU Fund, in the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, for the INSTALLATION OF 50 KW SELF-CONSUMPTION PHOTOVOLTAICS FOR THE FRUIT INDUSTRY within the programme of incentives linked to self-consumption and storage, with renewable energy sources, as well as the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, managed by the Andalusian Regional Government, through the Andalusian Energy Agency.
Cerezas y Almendras Castillo, S.L., has received a grant from the European Union under the NextGenerationEU Fund, in the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, for the ‘Energy improvement project for the envelope of a processing plant’, within the Energy Rehabilitation Programme for existing buildings in municipalities with demographic challenges (PREE 5000 Programme) of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, managed by the Andalusian Regional Government through the Andalusian Energy Agency.
Cereza Natural para la Industria
Somos especialista en el procesado de cereza con fines industriales, cereza destinadas principalmente a un pos-procesado como productos de confitería.
Nuestra planta de producción permite el lavado, desrabado, clasificación y envasado en diferentes formatos a petición del cliente. La cereza como producto final envasada para su venta al por mayor puede ser tanto en fresco, en alcohol o SO2. Nuestros procesos productivos pueden adaptarse fácilmente a las exigencias de cada cliente.
Almendra
Somos procesadores de almendra, obteniendo la pepita de almendra en sus diferentes variedades y calibres y ajustándonos a las especificidades de envasado al por mayor de cada cliente.
Procesamos la almendra ecológica, almendra que tiene garantizado la no utilización de productos químicos en su agricultura, garantizando su proceso y envasado con total trazabilidad.

La Entidad CEREZAS Y ALMENDRAS CASTILLO, S.L., ha recibido una ayuda de la Unión Europea con cargo al Programa Operativo FEDER de Andalucía 2014-2020, financiada como parte de la respuesta de la Unión, a la pandemia de COVID-19 (REACT-UE), para compensar el sobrecoste energético de gas natural y/o electricidad a pymes y autónomos especialmente afectados por el incremento de los precios del gas natural y la electricidad, provocados por el impacto de la guerra de agresión de Rusia contra Ucrania.
Cerezas y Almendras Castillo S.L. ha recibido una ayuda de la Unión Europea con cargo al Fondo NextGenerationEU, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Trasformación y Resiliencia, para INSTALACIÓN FOTOVOLTAICA AUTOCONSUMO 50 KW PARA INDUSTRIA FRUCTÍCOLA dentro del programa de incentivos ligados al autoconsumo y almacenamiento, con fuentes de energía renovable, así como la implantación de sistemas térmicos renovables en el sector residencial del Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica y el Reto Demográfico, gestionado por la Junta de Andalucía, a través de la Agencia Andaluza de la Energía.
